Class Description:
This summer top workshop is designed for advanced beginner to intermediate knitter or crocheter, and will start with basic sizing techniques, picking out a pattern that will flatter everyone’s figure, picking appropriate yarn, and getting the gauge right. The second class will actually start the project, and carry on until everyone has a great-fitting top.

Option 1 Wrap and Turn Headband: This class will demystify short row knitting and wrap and turns. This technique is most often encountered in toe-up socks, but newer designers are using it often to create anything from ruffled scarves to amigurumi knit toys. It allows the knitter to increase the height of only part of a row of knitting without those crazy holes you made when you were a beginner who picked up your knitting after putting it down in the middle of the row and knitting back the way you came.
