Have you always wanted to learn how to appliqué? Then this is the class for you. We will be using the fusible method with a simple straight stitch. Students will select the GArden Patch Cat of their choice to make up. Once you master the method it can be applied to any applique design.
What to Bring:
1 Garden Patch Cats Pattern and supplies as listed on pattern*
Sewing Machine
Fine Point Permanent Marker
Small Sharp Pointed Scissors (for detailed cutting) *Students can finish applique with the pieced border as pictured on the pattern or choose a basic border as we have done in our threesome sample. Prior to class:
Cut background and sew on borders of choice.
