Terms and Conditions:

1. Redemption.
   Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the Northern Threads retail web site, http://www.northernthreads.net, toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will remain in the recipient's Gift Certificate account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. To view Gift Card balances, visit "Your Account" at the Northern Threads web site. Gift Certificates do not expire and may be redeemed as long as the recipient's on line account remains active.
2. Limitations.
• Gift Certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products on line with in-store pickup, but may not be used when purchasing products in the Northern Threads Fairbanks store.
• Gift Certificates may be transferred to another party on line. All Terms and Conditions still apply.
• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Fraud.
   Northern Threads will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Northern Threads web site.
