Decorative Pillow on a Serger

A band of serger pintucks mimic the look of folded tucks, and a strip of piping inserted by serger separates two fabric panels; cover stitch is used as topstitching on a narrow band with turned edges, and decorative chain stitch creates a diamond grid in contrasting thread. The resulting look is very stylish and easy to accomplish. The lapped back edges are also cover stitched.
