Snow Skirt for Adults and Children

You can make a short skirt for skiing treks or a longer one for those cold days. It is fun and there are lots of colors and trims to make it just your own. We have all the project supplies available to purchase online.

Although you won't make your project during the live session, we encourage you to make the project soon after to help you retain the steps you learned. We'll send an email with a link to the class recording so you can review the session while you work.

Supplies:

Pattern - Snow Skirt
Diamond Rip-Stop nylon – Can use regular ripstop, it's lighter weight.
(as listed on the pattern in the size and length of shirt you want to make)
Thinsulate Parka Lining (as listed on the pattern)
2-way zipper – (as listed on the pattern)
9” coil zipper for the pocket (optional)
Single fold bias tape – color does not matter it is used to reinforce the waist and is completely hidden.
Trim 1 1/2 yd to 2 yards for bottom or along the side of the zipper
Thread to match the color of the ripstop
Scissors
Clips and pins
Sewing Machine
