The kit includes the pattern, fabric to complete the quilt top, and binding as pictured.
The backing is not included.  The kit also includes the fabric for 2 bonus pillows that are 18".

Backing, Batting, and pillow forms are NOT included. The pattern calls for 5-1/8 yds of 44/45" wide fabric or 2-1/3 yds of wide backing fabric for backing and 80" x 90" for batting.
