Arctic Terns art quilt designed by Marie Noah combines traditional piecing with fusible applique.

Under the Lights is compatible with the 2019 Row by Row blocks sizes.  
*It's not part of the official 2019 Row by Row event and cannot be counted as one the eight rows needed in a winning quilt.

These laser cut fabric kits have everything you need to make your own inspired creation, including the pattern, laser cut fusible appliques, background, borders & binding fabrics. While the backing fabric is not included, you can shop our fabric by the yard to complete the project!

Kit includes:

• Pattern with detailed full-color instructions for piecing and  "Easy Fusible Applique" Techniques.
• Laser-cut pre-fused applique pieces.
